About Vicky
Favorite way to stay active (outside the gym)?
I’ll always be a bodybuilder at heart, but I can’t live without my beach walks! It is a major perk of living three blocks from the Pacific Ocean. The waves crashing, the sunshine, and fresh air always bring me joy!
What’s the biggest challenge you’ve overcome?
My own personal health battle in 2019 when I had adrenal dysfunction, gut issues, and poor hormonal health. I felt lost, overwhelmed, and exhausted. It’s actually what inspired my health coaching career to pivot into functional health - when I learned so many other people were struggling too, I just knew I had to help!
What is your current wellness goal?
I’m getting married in 2026, so my physique goals are centered around my wedding date - I want to look and feel beautiful! Otherwise, I’m on a mission to completely reverse my Hashimoto's autoimmune disease for good.
What’s something most people would be surprised to learn about you?
My bachelor’s degree is in Musical Theatre - I’ve been a musical kid my whole life. I played classical piano and saxophone growing up and I absolutely love to sing and perform.
Anything else you’d like to share about yourself?
I’m a dog lover - not only do I have my own fur babies, but my fiancee and I foster, and I hope to make it a growing part of giving back to my community!
What’s one piece of advice you’d give someone who just wants to live an overall healthy life?
I say this to every one of my clients - health goes beyond nutrition and training - it’s about living a well-rounded life. Humans need connection, hobbies, and JOY. Find things that fill your cup up and bring your life deeper meaning.
What’s one thing you’ve learned in the past year - whether about functional medicine, health coaching, or entrepreneurship?
Functional medicine is always evolving, so I’m constantly striving to learn more! It continues to blow my mind the more I learn about how the human body is designed to heal itself. We are beautiful, complex creatures and I am so grateful to help people get closer to living in harmony with their bodies!
What’s your favorite aspect of coaching?
Although I absolutely love the personal connections I make with clients, my favorite part is sharing in client wins! There is nothing better than getting a message from my client that their symptoms have improved, or they hit a new low weight, or they felt confident on their night out!
