      Sierra helps women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their bodies finally build the confidence, strength, and balance they’ve been craving. Her coaching goes beyond quick fixes—focusing on real, sustainable change by teaching women how to nourish their bodies, train with confidence in the gym, and support their mental and emotional well-being. Whether you're looking to feel good in your clothes again or navigating deeper health challenges like hormone imbalances, gut issues, chronic fatigue, or autoimmune conditions, Sierra meets you where you are. Her holistic, whole-person approach helps you create a lifestyle that delivers long-term results—and a life that truly feels good to live.

      How do you approach balance between discipline and flexibility in your own life?

      For me, it all starts with viewing health as a lifestyle—not a temporary diet or rigid plan. So many people fall into the all-or-nothing mindset, which leads to burnout and unsustainable results. True balance comes from understanding that building a body and life you love takes discipline, but also grace. You’re not meant to be perfect—you’re meant to be human. When you prioritize long-term health over short-term perfection, flexibility stops feeling like failure and starts feeling like freedom.

      What inspired you to become a health and fitness coach?

      Bodybuilding changed my life—it sparked my passion for transformation and led me to coaching. As I saw my own confidence grow, I became driven to help other women do the same. That journey also deepened my interest in the human body and hormones, especially as I navigated my own imbalances.

      What does living a healthy lifestyle mean to you beyond just food and fitness?

      To me, living a healthy lifestyle means loving your body and taking care of the temple you live in. It’s about creating a life you genuinely enjoy—not forcing yourself into a mold or chasing the latest fitness trend. While bodybuilding was where my journey began, I eventually stepped away from it when it no longer aligned with what truly fulfilled me. Now, I focus on being healthy, building a body I love, and living a balanced life.

      What mindset shift changed everything for you in your own journey?

      A mindset that is imperative to success is realizing that what you desire is possible—but it all starts with your beliefs. If you don’t truly believe you can achieve something, chances are, you won’t. Our only real limitations are the ones we place on ourselves. “As a man thinks, so is he” (Proverbs 23:7). The people who believe in themselves the most are the ones who invest in themselves the most—and I wouldn’t be where I am today without both.

      Anything else you want to share about yourself?

      Some fun facts about me: I live in Austin, Texas, I am thriving whenever I am at a coffee shop with a cold brew in hand, and I have found that my faith and having community is what has shaped my life the most. Community, connection, and a desire to pour more into women is why as of this year 2025, I will be hosting my first women’s retreat, Limitless You Retreat, to create a greater impact beyond coaching.
