Favorite way to stay active (outside of the gym)?
Movement is a huge pillar in my life. Walking, hiking, pickleball, and golf are my go-to activities right now.
What’s the biggest challenge you’ve overcome?
Rewiring my mindset to ditch limiting beliefs and pursue my purpose through faith and hard work. The hardest decision? Leaving a high-income real estate job to take a leap of faith into online coaching—focusing on root-cause healing and long-term health. My mission is to change lives—not just physiques!
What is your current wellness goal?
To be a strong example of the lifestyle I coach. Right now, I’m aiming to maintain 12–16% body fat while focusing on community, stress management, and showing up fully for my clients and relationships.
What’s something most people would be surprised to learn about you?
Fun fact: I became a cheerleader at the University of Cincinnati—with zero prior experience! It helped me stay active and focused after high school sports ended
Anything else you’d like to share about yourself?
I’m big on community—and I owe everything to mine. My family, men’s group, close circle of friends, mentors, and my girlfriend are some of the most important people in my life. They’ve shaped who I am and continue to support my growth every day.
My best advice: Show up every day. Execute your daily goals to move closer to your bigger vision—and invest in mentors who can guide you along the way.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone who just wants to live an overall healthy life?
Where there is laughter, there is no disease. Health isn’t just about nutrition and training—it’s about so many other aspects joy, connection, stress management, and purpose
We create the environment for our goals. Just like a tree thrives with water, oxygen, sunlight, and good soil—we also need the right environment to grow into who we’re meant to be.
What’s one thing you’ve learned in the past year—whether about functional medicine, health coaching, or entrepreneurship?
Although I could go into a lot of aspects within functional health and coaching,
I always tell people to think about this: What can you buy today that’s half off compared to what it’ll be in 3 years?
Yourself. Invest in yourself, believe in your potential, and pursue your passions. That kind of investment will always outperform any stock, 401(k), or crypto coin.
