Favorite way to stay active (outside of the gym)?
We live in Utah and the opportunities to get outside are endless. I love going on long hikes with my husband, baby & two golden retrievers.
What’s the biggest challenge you’ve overcome?
I was told at 18 years old after having hypothermic amenorrhea and PCOS that I would need help getting pregnant. After years of research and dedicating myself to my health, I was able to naturally conceive my first child with proper nutrition, strength training for hormone health, mindset & nervous system support & supplementation.
What is your current wellness goal?
I just had my first baby & my goal isn’t to "bounceback" but instead find a routine while navigating a whole new chapter. I didn’t workout my entire pregnancy, which I regret, but you live and learn!! Right now, I’m focused on rebalancing my hormones postpartum, building back my strength and helping my body feel safe again. When all these are in place, my physique will come back :)
