High Protein Greek Yogurt Bowl:
340g Chobani Fat Free Greek Yogurt
15g Whey Isolate- Vanilla and Cookies and Cream work best
16g almond butter
4g pink himilayan salt
Mix all together in a bowl and it tastes amazing. I got a lot of people on this.
The Chobani yogurt is also super high in probiotics I usually go within an hour lol
Macros:
50g pro
14g carbs
9g fat
You can easily change the portions of each individual thing to change up the macros
add coconut flakes on top etc... you get the deal you can play around with it but I keep it simple
